12月20日，国家金融监督管理总局发布《中国出口信用保险公司监督管理办法 》（下称《办法》）。《办法》共设九章70条，包括总则、职能定位、公司治理、风险管理、内部控制、偿付能力管理、激励约束、监督管理、附则等。
《办法》对出口信保公司提出明确监管要求，进一步强化风险防控，完善内部控制。《办法》自2025年1月1日起施行。
Measures for the Supervision and Administration of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation Officially Released

On December 20, the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"). The "Measures" consists of nine chapters with a total of 70 articles, covering general provisions, functional positioning, corporate governance, risk management, internal control, solvency management, incentive and restraint, supervision and administration, supplementary provisions and so on.
The "Measures" puts forward clear regulatory requirements for export credit insurance companies, further strengthening risk prevention and control and improving internal control. The "Measures" will come into effect as of January 1, 2025.
