近日，商务部发布2023年第43号公告，决定对原产于韩国和日本的进口丁腈橡胶所适用的反倾销措施发起期终复审调查。
公告称，根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例（2004修订）》第四十八条规定，商务部决定自2023年11月9日起，对原产于韩国和日本的进口丁腈橡胶所适用的反倾销措施进行期终复审调查。同时，根据商务部建议，国务院关税税则委员会决定，在反倾销措施期终复审调查期间，对原产于韩国和日本的进口丁腈橡胶继续按照商务部2018年第84号公告、2022年第18号公告公布的征税产品范围和税率征收反倾销税。
MOFCOM Initiates Expiry Review Investigation into Anti-dumping Measures on NBR Imports Originating from South Korea and Japan
Recently, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has released the Announcement [2023] No. 43, determining to initiate an expiry review investigation into anti-dumping measures applicable to the imports of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) originating from South Korea and Japan.
The Announcement states that, in accordance with Article 48 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations the People's Republic of China (Revised in 2004), the MOFCOM has decided to initiate an expiry review investigation into the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported NBR originating from South Korea and Japan, commencing on November 9, 2023. Concurrently, following the MOFCOM's recommendation, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has determined that during the period of the expiry review investigation of anti-dumping measures, imports of NBR originating from South Korea and Japan will remain subject to anti-dumping duties in accordance with the taxed product range and tariff rates specified in the Announcement [2018] No. 84 and Announcement [2022] No. 18 released by the MOFCOM.
