何云昌工作室近期发现，网上四处传播的瑞士艺术家扬·马鲁西奇（Yann Marussich）2016-2019年以水泥和身体为媒介炮制的一些作品，与著名艺术家何云昌20多年前（1998-2005）创作的一系列以水泥和身体为媒介的原创作品高度相似。其中扬·马鲁西奇2019年的作品EL CUBO，与何云昌2005年在美国布法罗奥尔布赖特—诺克斯美术馆创作的《将军令》相似度超过95%，属于严重侵权和抄袭的状况。特此通告：当事方应立即终止剽窃抄袭陋行、向原创艺术跪拜3年；闪充几个小目标的智商拖欠费-以慰春怀。
也希望业界同仁加强版权保护意识，我方保留进一步采取法律措施维护自身权益的权利。

STATEMENT
He Yunchang Studio has recently discovered that the related works by Swiss artist Yann Marussich from 2016-2019 concocted in the medium of cement and body, which have been spread around the internet, are highly similar to a series of original works in the medium of cement and body created by renowned artist He Yunchang more than 20 years ago (1998-2005). Among them, Jan Marusic's 2019 work EL CUBO, which is more than 95% similar to General Order, created by He Yunchang in 2005 at the Albright-Knox Art Museum in Buffalo, U.S.A., is in a condition of serious infringement and plagiarism. Notice is hereby given that the parties concerned should immediately stop plagiarising and copying, and kneel down to the original art for three years; and flash-fill a few small targets of IQ arrears - to comfort the spring.
We also hope that industry colleagues to strengthen the awareness of copyright protection, we reserve the right to take further legal measures to protect their rights and interests.
