In such two lawsuits, after the failure of the first trial, the Sichuan Higher People's Court revoked the judgement against the appellant in the second trial and sent the case back to the court of first instance for retrial.The Sichuan Higher People's Court made a decision in favour of the client after losing the first instance in the retrial.

  • representing the non-litigant to raise an objection to the enforcement in the enforcement procedure of the applicant for enforcement Mingde Loan Co., Ltd. of Liangjiang New Area and the respondent Chongqing Pingyu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.. Upon multiple communication with the judge undertaking such case, describing that the non-litigant purchased 5 sets of vacation houses, of which the registration of ownership transfer had not been handled in the past 6 years, the judge made a decision in favour of the client and suspended the enforcement against such 5 houses of the non-litigant.
