This article takes computer software protection as the topic and combines the basic knowledge of intellectual property protection in the United States to introduce relevant legal means, including copyright, trademark and packaging, patent, trade secret and contract protection and other legal means.

  • 3. A Reasonable Cause to Remove the Trustee: Affection to Manage Trust Estates Efficiently. This article discusses whether beneficiaries could change the trustee on the grounds of poor management of the trust property in the state of Washington.
