Lawyers from our firm have participated in compiling the group standard Intellectual Property Guide for Generative Artificial Intelligence, which has been released and took effect on October 10, 2025

The group standard Intellectual Property Guide for Generative Artificial Intelligence (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard"), under the jurisdiction of the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC), organized and compiled by the Zhihe Standards Center, and led and drafted by Beijing Kuaishou Technology Co., Ltd., was officially released and implemented on October 10, 2025, with the standard number T/CECC 42 - 2025. As a typical case of the "standardization + market supervision" group standard, the Standard was displayed at the 56th World Standards Day Theme Event and the 4th Standard Innovation Conference held in Haidian District. Partners Feng Chao and Consultant Yuan Fei from our Beijing Office, Partners Yao Lifen and Liu Daliang from our Shenzhen Office, Partners Li Yajun and Cui Qingqing from our Guangzhou Office, as well as Partner Li Jingzhi from our Nanchang Office, participated in compiling the Standard.
