Mr. Feng graduated from China Foreign Affairs University and Duke University respectively, earning his master degrees in law. Mr. Feng is a reputable IP and cyber law expert with substantial experience on intellectual property law, data protection law and anti-trust law, focusing on IP litigation, enforcement trademark and patent portfolio management, as well as cyber law related legal matters. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Feng has represented a large number of intellectual property cases in Chinese courts for many enterprises, including cases in the aspects of well-known trademark cognizance, copyright infringement, the verification and infringement of patent and trademark rights, trade secrets infringement, anti-unfair competition and anti-trust. Among these cases, many of them were regarded as groundbreaking milestones. One case handled by him was selected as one of fifty Model IP lawsuit cases in 2013 by the Supreme People’s Court. His team also acquired the first preliminary injunction from a court in Beijing in 2019.

Mr. Feng often publishes papers in Chinese, English and Japanese in well-known academic journals and delivers speeches in specialized seminars at home and abroad. He actively participates in various organizational activities related to intellectual property, and enjoys a sound reputation in the industry.
