Co-hosted by the Lawyers Associations of six provinces and one municipality in East China and organized by the Fujian Lawyers Association, the forum was attended by leaders including Zheng Jindu, Vice President of the All-China Lawyers Association, who delivered keynote speeches. Over 160 participants, including presidents, vice presidents, secretaries-general, deputy secretaries-general of the Lawyers Associations from six provinces and one municipality in East China as well as lawyer representatives, gathered to explore new opportunities for industry development around the theme "Embracing the Intelligent Era – Practical Challenges and Innovations for East China Lawyers". The forum invited distinguished experts and scholars, including Wu Handong, Distinguished Professor of Wenlan College and Doctoral Supervisor at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and Luo Yongkun, Researcher at the Institute of International Studies, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, to deliver keynote speeches. It also set up five parallel sub-forums, such as "Party Building Leading the New Journey of the Legal Profession's Development" and "New Trends in Civil and Commercial Rule of Law and Digital Transformation of Financial and Securities Legal Services", for in-depth discussions on hot industry topics.
