Consultant Li Raojuan participated in the meeting of the Working Group on Data Transactions of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law
From October 20 to 24, 2025, the 69th Session of Working Group IV (Electronic Commerce) of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (hereinafter referred to as "UNCITRAL") was officially convened in Vienna, Austria. As a key forum for formulating legal rules in the global digital economy, the core agenda of this session centered on the deliberation of the Default Rules for Data Provision Contracts (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). At the meeting, Ms. Li Raojuan, Consultant of Tahota Law Firm, participated in the entire process as a member of the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) delegation. She engaged deeply in the deliberation of the Rules and put forward professional suggestions on the revision of certain provisions.

From October 16 to 19, 2025, the 2025 Hainan Free Trade Port Legal Week was held in Haikou. Guided jointly by the All China Lawyers Association and the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association (BRILA), and hosted by the Hainan Lawyers Association, this event gathered over 700 Chinese and foreign legal experts and enterprise representatives from 14 countries and regions worldwide to jointly explore new approaches to building a law - based free trade port.

Lawyers from our firm have participated in compiling the group standard Intellectual Property Guide for Generative Artificial Intelligence, which has been released and took effect on October 10, 2025
The group standard Intellectual Property Guide for Generative Artificial Intelligence (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard"), under the jurisdiction of the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC), organized and compiled by the Zhihe Standards Center, and led and drafted by Beijing Kuaishou Technology Co., Ltd., was officially released and implemented on October 10, 2025, with the standard number T/CECC 42 - 2025. As a typical case of the "standardization + market supervision" group standard, the Standard was displayed at the 56th World Standards Day Theme Event and the 4th Standard Innovation Conference held in Haidian District. Partners Feng Chao and Consultant Yuan Fei from our Beijing Office, Partners Yao Lifen and Liu Daliang from our Shenzhen Office, Partners Li Yajun and Cui Qingqing from our Guangzhou Office, as well as Partner Li Jingzhi from our Nanchang Office, participated in compiling the Standard. On September 8, 2024, as one activity of the Fourth Forum of Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District, the 2024 Results Release Session of the Typical Cases of the Belt and Road Legal Service was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province as hosted by the Belt and Road Law Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law under the support of Legal Daily and legaldaily.com. Shen Sibao, President of the Society of International Economic Law, China Law Society, Xu Hua, Deputy Secretary of Political and Legal Committee of Fujian Provincial Committee, Sun Zhiyong, Party Secretary and President of Legal Daily and Zhou Bingjian, Head of the Overall Law-based Governance Research Center attended the event.
