Tahota assisted Fujian Investment Group in issuing USD notes in Macao
Recently, Fujian Investment & Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fujian Investment Group") issued USD 150 million 364-day senior unsecured notes at Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. ("MOX"). The notes were heavily subscribed by several financial institutions, with a subscription multiple of 5.5 and the final price being 1.88% of the coupon rate.

Tahota Lawyer Firm Assists Dazhou Investment Limited Company to Issue 2020 Non-Public Corporate Bond (the first phase)
On March 16, 2020, the Dazhou Investment Limited Company successfully issued the 2020 privately raised company bond in the exchange, with issuing scale of CNY 1 billion, subject rating of AA, no guarantee, coupon rate of 6.47%, and total subscription times 1.7. This bond was the first corporate bond in Dazhou City, and set the lowest interest rate of non-guaranteed AA private raised company bond of the same maturity in Sichuan province for nearly three years.

In recent days, PingXiang Urban Construction Investment Development Company (hereinafter referred to as “Pingxiang Urban Investment”) had successfully issued pricing RegS in Hong Kong, which bore no rating, 2.92 terms, 300million dollars, a fixed interest of 4.65%, and senior unsecured and credit-enhanced SBLC bonds. This bond was directly issued by Pingxiang Urban Investment, while Jiujiang Bank Limited Liability Company had offered the irrevocable standby letter of Credit (SBLC).
