Multiple lawyers from Tahota Law Firm participated in the 20th East China Lawyers Forum and won awards

The 20th East China Lawyers Forum was successfully held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province from November 21 to 23, 2025. Co-hosted by the Lawyers Associations of six provinces and one municipality in East China and organized by the Fujian Lawyers Association, the forum was attended by leaders including Zheng Jindu, Vice President of the All-China Lawyers Association, who delivered keynote speeches. Over 160 participants, including presidents, vice presidents, secretaries-general, deputy secretaries-general of the Lawyers Associations from six provinces and one municipality in East China as well as lawyer representatives, gathered to explore new opportunities for industry development around the theme "Embracing the Intelligent Era – Practical Challenges and Innovations for East China Lawyers". Lawyers Qi Yan, Li Jingzhi and Xu Peiyao from Tahota Law Firm were invited to attend the forum.

TAHOTA’s Lanzhou Office Officially Established

On November 18, 2025, with the approval of the Department of Justice of Gansu Province, Tahota Lanzhou Office was officially established. On November 1, 2025, the 2025 Annual Conference of the Bankruptcy Law Research Association of Sichuan Law Society and the Corporate Law-Commerce Integration Research Association of Sichuan Law Society, alongside the 7th "Tianfu Forum on Bankruptcy Rule of Law" – Special Seminar on High-Quality Development and Bankruptcy Protection of Industrial Parks, was grandly held at the Tianfu Central Legal Services District in Sichuan Province.

On October 28, 2025, the inauguration ceremony for the new premises of Tahota Law Firm (Nanchang) was successfully held under the theme of "Embark on a New Journey with Integrity, Forge Ahead into the Future with Harmony". After four years of in-depth cultivation, Tahota has taken root and thrived on the land of Ganpo (Jiangxi Province), thus stepping into a brand-new chapter from this day on.

Consultant Li Raojuan participated in the meeting of the Working Group on Data Transactions of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law

From October 20 to 24, 2025, the 69th Session of Working Group IV (Electronic Commerce) of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (hereinafter referred to as "UNCITRAL") was officially convened in Vienna, Austria. As a key forum for formulating legal rules in the global digital economy, the core agenda of this session centered on the deliberation of the Default Rules for Data Provision Contracts (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). At the meeting, Ms. Li Raojuan, Consultant of Tahota Law Firm, participated in the entire process as a member of the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) delegation. She engaged deeply in the deliberation of the Rules and put forward professional suggestions on the revision of certain provisions.
