At present, Tahota Law Firm is the teaching practice base for some institutions of higher education including Sichuan University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Chengdu University of Technology, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Sichuan Academy Of Social Sciences and Southwest University for Nationalities and also the base of youth’s employment and entrepreneurship of the Central Committee of Communist Youth League; Sichuan Normal University and other colleges will also set up the practice base in Tahota. In 2007, in the activity named “Home of Left-behind Students” launched by provincial League Committee and provincial China Youth Federation for promoting construction of harmonious Sichuan and strengthening the educational management of left-behind students, lawyer Cheng Shoutai, as the member of Sichuan Youth Federation, donated RMB10,000 to Sichuan Youth Federation on behalf of our firm to support this caring action to the left-behind students as our pygmy effort to “Home of Left-behind Students”.

After the devastating earthquake occurred in Wenchuan County on May 12, Tahota had given a sponsorship to four excellent students from Deyang Dongqi Middle School who fell into family difficulties due to the earthquake. On the one-year anniversary of the May 12 earthquake that hit Wenchuan County of Sichuan Province, as the member of Sichuan Youth Federation and principal partner of Tahota, lawyer Cheng Shoutai again donated RMB10,000 to the young disabled who was subject to a high paraplegia caused by the earthquake, which is critical for his life and study.
