Oliver Wong has been an attorney-at-law in Tahota Law Firm since 2017, and now he is engaged in Partner of Tahota. After years of studying legal theory and judicial practice, especially in Scottish time, Oliver has obtained solid legal theory and broad experience acting as counsel and advocate in the domestic and international aspects, with particular areas on the bankruptcy, financial disputes and arbitration.
Oliver graduated from Zhong’nan University of Economics and Law and then obtained the master of law in University of Glasgow. He always focuses on the Economic law. He started his career in W.Renfrew & Co.Ltd Solicitors, Scotland and then return China to join the Tahota.
In addition to his litigation and arbitration experience, Oliver’s approach is collaborative and pragmatic, he represents numerous clients to attend trial and appeal in related with domestic and foreign civil and commercial contract disputes, business tort, intellectual property disputes, complex financial disputes, and corporate compliance issues.
Oliver has acquired IELTS Qualification Certificate 7.0 points, He is bilingual and proficient in speaking Chinese and English to provide clients professional legal advises in term of daily company operations, risk prevention, business negotiations, dispute solution, etc.
