  • Attorney Liao Huaixue is a Senior Partner and Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Department at Tahota Law Firm, a Young Expert of the Internet Society of China, a Part-time Researcher at Tencent Research Institute, and a Think Tank Expert of the China Advertising Association.   • 1.Represented XGIMI Technology in a trademark infringement and unfair competition "dual-track administrative and judicial enforcement case," filing administrative complaints with the State Administration for Market Regulation and civil lawsuits before the Beijing Intellectual Property Court and Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court, successfully protecting the rights holder's legitimate interests. This case was selected as one of the "2024 Top Ten Typical Cases of Intellectual Property Enforcement by the State Administration for Market Regulation."

  • 2.Represented an internet company in a series of "traffic hijacking" unfair competition cases against a mobile phone manufacturer, involving a disputed amount of RMB 400 million, obtaining a behavioral preservation injunction to stop the alleged unfair competition practices; the case is currently ongoing.

  • 3.Represented NBA China in a copyright infringement and unfair competition case against a Shenzhen game company, involving an amount of approximately RMB 30 million; the case is currently ongoing.
