Mr. Wu has been practicing as Chinese lawyer in 2001. During his private practicing time, Mr. Wu has been representing more than 100 exporters responding to China, USA and EU antidumping, countervailing duty and safeguard investigations. Mr. Wu established lots of First in  China’s antidumping history, including the first ever case, the first undertaking, the first no injury, the first interim review, the first new shipper review and the first duty refund proceeding, etc. Mr. Wu’s clients include the government of China, AVEBE, BASF, Bayer, DSM, JFE Steel, Mitsui, Mitsubishi, LGchem and Formosa, etc.
Before his private practice, from 1993 to 1998, Mr. Wu worked for China’s Ministry of Commerce, and worked for the drafting of China’s Foreign Trade Law and China’s Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Regulation. In 1997, as China’s first antidumping case investigation officer, Mr. Wu started China’s first ever antidumping investigation. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Wu worked in White & Case LLP Washington, DC Office, he is permitted in practices in New York State since 1999.
