Lawyers of Tahota Visited China Legal Service (H.K.) Ltd.

On August 24,2016, Tahota principal partner Lawyer Taishou Cheng, senior partner and thedirector of international business Lawyer Chunyan Ma and executive director ofShenzhen Branch Office Lawyer Yuanbing Huang visited China Legal Service (H.K.)Ltd. at United Centre of Hong Kong. The deputy chairman, general manager ofChina Legal Service (H.K.) Ltd. Mr. Chun Du warmly received them.

Mr. ShoutaiCheng introduced the opening of Tahota Hong Kong branch office and the Tahota(H.K.) joint operation office with Hong Kong Yip Tse & Tang Solicitors. Mr.Du expressed his warm congratulations and he hoped that Tahota could becommitted to tap potential, set up international legal services network inorder to serve the cross-border legal affairs. Meanwhile, Mr. Du also expressedthat he would like to create more opportunities for Tahota on the basis of theexisting platform and provide convenience for the cross-border legal affairs ofTahota so as to promote the development of cross-border legal business ofTahota.

China Legal Service (H.K.) Ltd. wasregistered in Hong Kong in 1987 as approved by the Ministry of Justice ofChina. It provided cross-border legal services for the residents andorganizations from mainland and Hong Kong. It committed to improve the legalcommunication between the mainland and Hong Kong, promote the connection andcooperation of judicial institutions and legal service agencies between themainland and Hong Kong. It also participated actively in the legal relationshipand civil and commercial activities between mainland and Hong Kong Macao SAR,Taiwan as well as other countries and regions of the world. It researched theconflicts as well as its solutions caused by different legal policies betweenmainland and Hong Kong under the policy of “One Country, Two Systems” andprovided its suggestions to promote and guarantee the healthily and orderlycivil and commercial intercourses between the mainland and Hong Kong.
