  First of all, Mr. Yang Jianhong, senior partner and head of Hong Kong office of Tahota Law Firm, introduced the development situation of the Hong Kong office in the past year and the future work plan. The office had made major breakthroughs in international commercial arbitration, overseas mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with overseas companies. He also hoped to strengthen business cooperation with offices in the mainland in the future. Driven by the Hong Kong office, the commercial affairs section of Tahota Law Firm and Ye Xie Deng Law Firm will be further integrated and gradually realize the goal of complete merger.   Joohan Lee, a lawyer from the Seoul Office, introduced the development of the two offices in Seoul, South Korea and Busan, South Korea.   Lawyer David Mullan from Australia introduced the preparation work for the Sydney office. Several professional lawyers specializing in corporate business, international trade, and real estate have joined the preparation team. David has been very experienced. In addition to his work at international law firms such as Clifford Chance, he has also worked in Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries.


  Ma Chunyan, senior partner, on behalf of the International Business Department, commented on the business development of various overseas offices, and made specific arrangements on how to strengthen the management coordination and business cooperation between domestic and overseas institutions in 2018. Shen Zhijun, senior partner, shared the development strategy of Tahota Law Firm in the next five years, and pointed out that in the process, the development of overseas institutions would be concentrated in developed countries and countries along the Belt and Road. He added that the firm would also set up an overseas organization coordination working group to provide an institutional basis for better management and coordination of overseas institutions in the future.
