On September20, 2016, China Sichuan International Investment Co., Ltd. which was funded bySichuan Railway Investment Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Hua Xi Group, Sichuan Road& Bridge (group) Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Xingcheng Investment Group Co., Ltd.etc. was formally established in Hong Kong approved by Hong Kong CompaniesRegistry with registered capital of 200million US dollars.
