Tahota assisted EVA Holdings in acquiring Futaba (Shenzhen)

Recently, Shenzhen EVA Precision Technology Group Limited acquired Futaba Metal Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of フタバ産業株式会社 (Futaba Industrial Co. Ltd.). The related parties have completed equity transfer, operation right transfer, anti-monopoly declaration, industrial and commercial registration of changes and other issues.


EVA Precision Industrial Holdings Limited is the controlling shareholder of Shenzhen EVA Precision Technology Group Limited. Established in 1993, EVA Precision Industrial Holdings Limited was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (code 0838.HK) in 2005. After more than 20 years of rapid growth, it has developed into a large cross-border group enterprise that has formed three industrial clusters of OA industry, automobile industry and strategic emerging industry, and owns 10 industrial parks at home and abroad.


フタバ産業株式会社 (Futaba Industrial Co. Ltd.) is the controlling shareholder of Futaba (Shenzhen). Established in 1948 in Mobara, Japan, Futaba Industrial Co. Ltd. was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (stock code 6986). It is a well-known multinational group company that develops, produces and sells OLED displays variable-frequency drives, display modules, capacitive touch panels, radio control equipment, stamping tooling sleeves and other products. Through the cross-boarder acquisition, EVA will further enhance its comprehensive advantages in talent, technology, scale and quality in the OA industry, and will fully improve its service ability and supporting ability for global clients, providing them with integrated solutions.


Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) was the counseling institution for this transaction. Lawyers of Tahota Law Firm represented the acquiring party in this transaction.
