In order to implement the policy and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and the requirements of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC and Sichuan Provincial Government, Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce actively established a public welfare team for “legal counseling on epidemic-related trade disputes” composed of lawyers specialized in relevant legal professions.

Tahota actively responded to the initiative of Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and called on the lawyers to apply for the public welfare team for “legal counseling on epidemic-related trade disputes”. Lawyers Xu Zhiyuan, Yang Yue and Li Yingzi were first listed in the team, and many others from Tahota also actively participated in relevant matters.

The team provides online counseling on legal issues such as contract performance, labor relations, production resumption by means of telephone or e-mail to fully inquire the difficulties of enterprises and the public under the current circumstance, and gives advices accordingly, in an effort to surmount the difficulties that lies ahead together with enterprises and the public with their professional legal knowledge.

With a high sense of social responsibility and mission, the lawyers of Tahota have been providing various supports in all aspects and forms since the epidemic outbreak, including but not limited to donation, interpretation of professional fields and online counseling on various public welfare platforms to protect the legitimate interests of enterprises with their professional knowledge.
