Mr. Li is currently a Senior Partner, the Chairman of the Management Committee of Tahota (Beijing) Law Firm. Mr. Li has been practicing for more than 20 years and has rich experience in handling major and difficult cases. Successfully represented many significant and socially influential cases, many of which were heard by the Supreme People's Court, CIETAC (International Trade Arbitration Commission) or Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), and some of the cases represented were selected as typical cases of the Supreme People's Court or the National Intellectual Property Administration. The joint venture and cooperative real estate development dispute between Beijing Kangbao Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., Kangbao Industrial Limited (Hong Kong) and Beijing Centennial Real Estate Development Co. Ltd..The case involves an amount of over RMB 200 million yuan.

Represented the first virtual shareholder's qualification dispute in China, "Zhongfu Telecom". This case was selected in "Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court 20th Anniversary Case Collection" published by Law Press with Lu Guihua as the editor-in-chief in May 2015.

The complex equity transfer dispute of a mineral enterprise with an amount of subject of over RMB 60 million yuan, which was retried by the Supreme People's Court and created a precedent of "the right of family representation" of shareholders in the operation and management of the company.

Represented Digital China, a well-known domestic enterprise in a contract validity dispute with an amount of subject of over RMB 2.2 billion yuan.

Represented a well-known state-owned enterprise in a complex and difficult second instance financial loan contract dispute in the Supreme People's Court. The case involves an amount of over RMB 220 million yuan and the intersection of criminal and civil matters.

Patent infringement dispute case of Anshan Steel Subsidiary Cold Rolled Economic and Trade Co.Ltd. and Anhui Baodeli Packaging Material Manufacturing Co.Ltd.. This case was selected as one of the 50 typical cases of intellectual property of the Supreme People's Court in 2008.

Successful handled a retrial case over infringement of design patent rights between Sichuan Huatian Lighting Technology Co. and Guizhou Rexda Lighting Technology Co. This case was heard by the Supreme People's Court.

The case of administrative re-examination of trademark filed by (Hong Kong) Texwood Limited heard by the Supreme People's Court. The case was selected as one of the 50 typical cases of judicial protection of intellectual property by Chinese courts in 2010.

Represented Sogou, a well-known Internet company, in its copyright infringement dispute and unfair competition dispute against ByteDance, which is another well-known Internet company. The case involves an amount of over RMB 20 million yuan.

Represented Sogou, a well-known Internet company, in its unfair competition dispute against Qihoo 360. Sogou, the plaintiff in this case , was awarded the highest amount of compensation for similar cases in China at that time, and this case has triggered heated discussions in the theory and practice sessions of anti-unfair competition law. The case was selected as one of the top ten cases of intellectual property rights and top ten innovative cases of Beijing courts in 2015.

Successful handled "J-10" aircraft model copyright dispute case, which was heard by the Supreme People's Court. The case was selected as one of the top ten cases and top ten innovative cases of intellectual property in Beijing Court in 2015 and one of the 50 classic cases of intellectual property in the Supreme People's Court in 2018.

Represented Renheng Group, a well-known international real estate company in the case of trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute. The case was heard by the Supreme People's Court and the subject matter of which exceeded RMB 100 million yuan.
