Mr. John DENG is a senior associate, intellectual property specialist and intermediate economist.

Mr. DENG has extensive experience in dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of intellectual property, competition, corporate governance, contract, cross-border investment and trade, etc. He has handled a large number of civil and commercial litigation cases before China's Supreme Court, High Courts, Intermediate Courts, Primary Courts, Intellectual Property Courts, Internet Courts, Railway Transportation Courts, and other courts of multiple locations, levels, and types, as well as arbitration cases before domestic and foreign arbitration institutions such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA).

In addition, Mr. DENG serves as a legal counsel to numerous government agencies, industry associations and global 500 multinational corporations both domestically and internationally. With a unique combination of in-house and outside counsel experience at top-tier law firms and major multinational corporation, he delivers non-contentious legal services in intellectual property, cross-border investment, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance from both a legal and business perspective.
