Lawyers from our firm have participated in compiling the group standard Intellectual Property Guide for Generative Artificial Intelligence, which has been released and took effect on October 10, 2025
The group standard Intellectual Property Guide for Generative Artificial Intelligence (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard"), under the jurisdiction of the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC), organized and compiled by the Zhihe Standards Center, and led and drafted by Beijing Kuaishou Technology Co., Ltd., was officially released and implemented on October 10, 2025, with the standard number T/CECC 42 - 2025. As a typical case of the "standardization + market supervision" group standard, the Standard was displayed at the 56th World Standards Day Theme Event and the 4th Standard Innovation Conference held in Haidian District. Partners Feng Chao and Consultant Yuan Fei from our Beijing Office, Partners Yao Lifen and Liu Daliang from our Shenzhen Office, Partners Li Yajun and Cui Qingqing from our Guangzhou Office, as well as Partner Li Jingzhi from our Nanchang Office, participated in compiling the Standard. This further demonstrates our firm’s research accumulation and industrial influence in the interdisciplinary field of generative artificial intelligence and intellectual property, and reflects TAHOTA’s professional attitude of continuously devoting itself to the field of cutting - edge scientific and technological law.

On August 23, 2025, the "China Harbin - Russia Primorsky Krai Foreign-Related Legal Services Exchange Conference", co-hosted by the Harbin Lawyers Association, the Primorsky Krai Lawyers Association of Russia and the Primorsky Krai Law Society of Russia, was successfully held in Harbin. With the theme of "Deepening Cross-Border Legal Service Cooperation to Empower Economic and Trade Development in Northeast Asia", the conference gathered over 200 representatives from the legal, business and academic circles of China and Russia. Through sessions including academic seminars, achievement releases, cooperation signings and service promotions, it has actively built a new platform for legal cooperation between the two countries, injecting new momentum into the economic coordination and legal co-construction in the Northeast Asian region.

On January 18, 2022, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued the Measures for the Expedited Examination of Trademark Registration Applications (Trial Implementation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Trial Measures"), and initiated the revision process in April 2024. To serve the country's high-quality development and strengthen the protection of matters involving national interests, social public interests and major regional development strategies, the CNIPA has recently officially promulgated the Measures for the Expedited Examination of Trademark Registration Applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures").

The Youth Intellectual Property Dialogue of the China Branch of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) 2025 was held in Hohhot from July 24 to 26. With the theme of "Synergy between Industrial Innovation and Market Order", the dialogue was primarily targeted at young members of AIPPI China Branch.
